The gBoxer’s Workout is a fun and empowering Boxing-based group fitness class that consists of a series of Boxing style punches (with some kicks) and footwork along with functional strength & toning exercises, all set into upbeat music that will keep going. gBoxer’s Workout is designed with safety in mind while keeping it highly effective.
